APOSTILLE SERVICES

For documents to be used in member countries of the Apostille Section of the Hague Convention

$200 USD per Apostille service that includes:
• Notarization of your documents *
• Notary Certification at the County Clerk *
• Secretary of State Apostille
• Complimentary overnight return courier service within the US.

• $40 USD Courier fee for Canada, Mexico, Central and South America for any number of documents that fit in a regular letter sized courier envelope.
• $75 USD Courier fee for all other countries for any number of documents that fit in a regular letter sized courier envelope.

EMBASSY LEGALIZATION SERVICES

For documents to be used in non-member countries of the Apostille Section of the Hague Convention

$500 USD per Embassy Legalization that includes:
• Notarization of your documents *
• Notary Certification *
• Secretary of State Legalization
• US Department of State Authentication in Washington, DC.
• Consular or Embassy Legalization
• Complimentary overnight return courier service within the US.

• $40 USD Courier fee for Canada, Mexico, Central and South America for any number of documents that fit in a regular letter sized courier envelope.
• $75 USD Courier fee for all other countries for any number of documents that fit in a regular letter sized courier envelope.

* For the United Arab Emirates when it comes to corporate documents, please note that the Embassy fee alone for such documents is $600 USD, so the rate to have corporate documents legalized for it’s use in the United Arab Emirates is $1100 USD. instead of the $500 USD fee for all other type of documents.
