
Please follow these guidelines to make sure your Florida documents are acceptable for apostille services by Documents International, LLC. Once you are sure your documents are ready:

3. RECEIVE YOUR FLORIDA APOSTILLE:
We will return your document Apostilled by the required Florida Government authority via complimentary overnight courier service within the US.
We charge a $200 USD flat fee per apostille.
For Canada, Mexico, Central and South America the courier fee is $40 USD for any number of documents that fit in a regular letter sized courier envelope.
For the rest of the world the courier fee is $75 USD for any number of documents that fit in a regular letter sized courier envelope.
GUIDELINES TO PREPARE YOUR FLORIDA DOCUMENTS FOR AN APOSTILLE
BIRTH AND DEATH CERTIFICATES ACCEPTABLE FOR APOSTILLE
Birth and Death Certificates from Vital Statistics must bear the signature of the current State Registrar C. Meade Grigg (obtained from the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Jacksonville, FL).

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES ACCEPTABLE FOR APOSTILLE
Any of these two options is acceptable for the apostille:
1.- Marriage Certificates from Vital Statistics with the signature of the current State Registrar C. Meade Grigg (obtained from the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Jacksonville, FL).
2.- Marriage Certificates bearing the signature of the Clerk of the Courts.

DIVORCE DOCUMENTS ACCEPTABLE FOR APOSTILLE
Divorce Documents must be certified by any Clerk of the Circuit Court of any county within Florida by a red stamp. (see image below)

DIVORCE DOCUMENTS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR APOSTILLE
Divorce Documents signed by the Judicial Assistant Clerk are not acceptable for Apostille. Please request for a new copy of your document certified by the Clerk of Court from the Office of Vital Statistics at: Post Office Box 210, Jacksonville, FL 32231-0042.
NOTARIZED DOCUMENTS ACCEPTABLE FOR APOSTILLE
Documents Notarized or Certified by a Florida Notary Public.
The notarization should be exactly as one of the samples on the following image:
